Our History
SE2S is an SBA certified 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) that provides Data Science and Analytics and Operations and Readiness Support services to USSOCOM / SOF Components, USMC, NGIC and Multiple Geographic Combatant Commands. Our subject matter experts (SMEs) are delivering Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Analysis, Signature Reduction and Educational, Training and Exercise support to multiple DoD agencies and special mission units. Our SMEs focus on advanced learning integration, science and technology initiatives, training and resource modeling, exercise design, evaluation and analysis, doctrine development, and highly complex machine learning and data science use cases. We are operating in more than 10 states with 50 employees.

Ms. Jennifer Metz
Jennifer has a Masters of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship, and the Certified Economic Development (CEcD) designation from the International Economic Development Council. She is also a Certified Incubator Manager and winner of the “30 Under 30” and “40 Under 40” community awards from the Tampa Bay Business Journal and Gulf Coast Business Review, respectively. She was also highlighted as a “Top 10 to Watch” in 2013 by the Tampa Bay Times. She is the Past President for the Greater Tampa Bay Chapter of Women in Defense.
Mr. Gary Bloomberg
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and retired Green Beret with Command and Operational experience in the Balkans, Africa, S.W. Asia and Europe, Gary is active in supporting transitioning veterans and the sons and daughters of our nations Green Berets. He has been involved in in every aspect of small and mid-cap business operations, development, program management, finance, and merger and acquisitions.
